LES MILLS RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills,  flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within, sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Known to devotees and Les Mills choreographers as “the rock concert on wheels”, RPMTM incorporates the best of biking choreography and great music. It provides a fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in lower body strength. Les Mills BodyStep

LES MILLS BODY STEP is the energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple moves, on, over and around the step, you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Les Mills BodyPump

LES MILLS BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout incorporates all of  your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercies like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each workout. If you are new to weights resistance exercise or you are out of shape, you should start with light weights. After a few classes you will recognise the correct weight for you. If you are unsure, ask your instructor. WATCH THE VIDEO NOW

LES MILLS BODYPUMP EXPRESS Struggling to fit in or complete your training early morning before work or family commitment? The 45 minute version of BODY PUMP is designed to give you all the benefits of the original 60 minute program. By dropping the arms and shoulder tracks, more focus and intensity is placed on the larger muscle groups like the legs, back, chest and core adding a different dimension to the workout, while reducing time spent away from your busy schedule.

LES MILLS BODY BALANCE

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

CIRCUIT EXPRESS
A 45 minute class combining weights, resistance exercises, and cardio stations to give you an all over workout. Your instructor will guide you through exercises focusing on technique, stamina, strength and fitness. sixty second and thirty second rounds are sure to get your heart pumping!!

BOX FIT
Just as the name suggests, 50 minutes of boxing to get you FIT!!! Using focus pads and gloves, participants are partnered up so the challenge can begin. Incorporating boxing combinations, kicks, core and full body strengthening this class sure packs a fitness punch!

LOW IMPACT
Low Impact this carefully constructed class is designed to increase and maintain strength and mobility in either later life, after injury or turning to exercise after a long period of time. Using basic weight bearing exercises, hand weights, light low impact aerobic activity, stability and coordination exercises you will feel the health benefits of this class straight away. This Class is located upstairs in the group fitness room.
(Class prerequisite - must be able to use stairs)

For all classes you will need to bring the following:

  • Water bottle (Available for purchase from reception)
  • Towel (Available for hire from reception for $2)
  • Good stable shoes
  • Comfortable, cool workout clothes
  • Happy smiling face
